Platinum Credit Cards Offered in Bangladesh

A credit card is a card issued by a bank or financial company that enables the cardholder to borrow. A credit card can be used as payment for any goods and services. Issuing a credit card requires the cardholder to repay the principal, the amount borrowed and any additional agreed charges with interest.

How credit card interest works?

The credit card issuer gives a fixed amount of time to the customer to repay the entire amount borrowed and if one fails the date will charge back the charges along with interest. The period before the card charges interest is called the “grace period,” which is usually about 21 days. If a cardholder does not pay his/her balance in full before the end of the grace period, a fee or finance charge will be added to the same balance. This finance charge depends on the customer’s interest rate and outstanding balance.
