Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with no third class or division (or equivalent CGPA) at any point in your academic career.
- Age: No older than 30 years old as of March 17, 2024.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers to perform tasks relevant to the position.
Additional points to consider
- Selected candidates will be required to sign a surety bond agreeing to serve the bank for a minimum of five years, including the probationary period.

Compensation and Benefits
- The position offers a competitive monthly consolidated salary of BOT 36,700 (including all yearly pay) along with other benefits during the probation period.
- Upon successful completion of the probationary year, you’ll be confirmed as an Assistant Officer and receive a salary increase to BOT 46,200 (including all yearly pay), plus additional benefits.
- Confirmed employees are also eligible for performance-based incentives.
