Eligibility:

• Open to Bangladeshi individuals capable of loan repayment.
• National ID mandatory for Bangladeshi applicants.
• Age: Minimum 21 years & maximum 65 years at loan maturity.
• Minimum Gross Income: Tk.10,000/- for salaried individuals, Tk.25,000/- for self-employed and businessmen per month.

Required Documents:

• Copy of National ID of Applicant/Guarantor(s).
• 2 Copies of recent lab-printed passport size photographs.
• Copy of latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate/Tax Return/Tax Acknowledgement Receipt (for loan amount exceeding Tk.5.00 lac).
• Bank Statement for at least 06 months.
• Salary Certificate from competent authority for salaried individuals.
• Valid trade license for last two years, income statement for businessmen.
• Proof of ownership for House/Flat: Electric Bill/Gas Bill/Municipal Holding Tax Receipt/Mutation Parcha/Rent Receipt in the name of the applicant/spouse/parents.

Security:

• Personal Guarantee(s).
• Authorization for debiting client’s deposit account for EMI collection.
• Required number of fully prepared post-dated & valid signed MICR cheques with Memorandum of Deposit of cheques.
• Collateral/Appropriate security (if applicable).
