Position: Senior Officer – Senior Principal Officer (SME Business Development, SME Division)

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Post Graduate preferably in Business Discipline / Marketing / any other disciplines.
Experience: At least 5 years
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
- Knowledge of SME Products.
- Expertise in legal vetting, loan documentation, and mortgage procedures.
- Proactive, committed towards achievement, and result-oriented.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work at the field level.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Hardworking with a fervent attitude.
- Amicable personality & positive attitude.
- Capable of working as a team player.

Responsibilities & Context:

Ensure CMSME business growth to achieve target.
Identify potential clients for CMSME loan.
Build and maintain productive and strategic relations with customers and other stakeholders.
Guide branch RM for proper submission of business proposals.
Review & Monitoring of Branch RMs’ Business for achieving business target.
Visit assigned Branches and Customers to verify creditworthiness.
Disbursement follow-up for reducing lead time.
Maintain a detailed understanding of the industry and current market structures.
Ensure timely submission of quality credit proposals.
