Requirements:
Education:

• 4 years Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university with no 3rd class/division/equivalent CGPA in academic record.
• Post-Graduation Degree will be an added value.

Experience:

• At least 6 years of banking experience, including 3 years in GB/In-charge.
• Experience in Credit & Foreign Exchange will be an added value.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Sound computer literacy is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude while dealing with others.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:
The Premier Bank PLC. currently operates 67 sub-branches besides 136 branches across the country and intends to expand its network with more sub-branches to bring unbanked people into the banking channel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing overall affairs of the Sub-Branch.
• Ensuring smooth operations and rendering quality customer services.
• Selling assets/liability products of the Bank.
• Leading the team to optimize Sub-Branch profit.
• Ensuring compliance banking to safeguard the Bank’s image.
• Ensuring overall security and safety of Sub-Branch.
• Liaising with the mother branch for any critical decision.
• Executing any other duties as and when required by the Management/Line Manager.
